8. The Columns now no longer sync across every Tab. So you can right click on a Tab and use the options under the "Columns" dropdown to add/remove Columns from that specific Tab. The downside to this is that you have to adjust the width of each Column for every Tab. It can take some time to get them all aligned the same if that's the kind of setup you prefer.
