Updated roadmap

- Remove the need for the `timestamp.fix` command
- Add in SSH capability for rsync
- Add an include/manifest type file for restic
- Add in the ability for backing up to a remote restic repo, such as Backblaze B2
- Add a systemd timer how-to to the README
